Sore Back

My back hurts. I guess I'll have injections to help with the pain instead of surgery. Dr. Jeff suggested this. I guess I am an animal. He usually knows exactly what I need to do, so I will listen to his advise. I am doing exercises to strengthen my back, and Jeff suggested a medicine ball to do more while I watch TV.
